Role Title:

    ABC Communications and Digital Membership Manager

Reporting Relationships    Reports to General Manager 
Location    Hybrid: Home, Dubai Office and events (as required)
Role Purpose    Responsible for member communications, ABC website and digital (online) membership management
Tenure

    Part time: +/-20 hours week with flexibility to increase or decrease as required 

    Probation: 3 months

Key Areas of Responsibility

    Key Activities / Decision Areas

Communications
  • Manage social media planning and content for ABC (Linkedin, Instagram, and Facebook)
  • Manage member-focused campaigns through the ABC CRM, with a primary focus on the weekly newsletter to the contacts database
  • Monitor and grow social media and CRM database numbers
Digital Membership
  • Day to day management of ABC memberships, from enquiries, onboarding and renewals, supported by the GM.
  • Working with the GM, improve the end-user experience of members utilising the ABC CRM and website.
  • Working with the GM, develop metrics to track and improve engagement with the ABC website and social media channels
  • Develop and maintain respective Member Benefits program
  • Overall responsibility for the membership database, supported by GM
  • Preparation of monthly Membership and Communications reports, supported GM
  • Liaise with respective Membership Board Member/s
Events
  • Support events as directed by EM | GM
  • Attend relevant ABC events 
  • Promote membership at respective events

 Person Specification

Technical / Professional Skills
  • Experience with content production and video editing and creation
  • Proficient in Office suite (Word, Excel, PPT), Adobe
  • Proficient in Canva and/or other graphic design softwares
  • CRM and website development experience
  • Excellent English – written and spoken
  • Current Driver’s License
Expertise / Experience
  • Demonstrated experience in content creation
  • Demonstrated experience in customer service and sales
  • Demonstrated experience in sales
  • Experience with membership organisations preferred but not essential
