Australian Consulate, Dubai:

The Consulate in Dubai is now operating limited opening times due to the 24-hour nonstop public disinfection program. It will operate by appointment only and these are limited to emergency or urgent passport services. To request an appointment, please e-mail consular.dubai@austrade.gov.au. Please include your contact details and a brief explanation of the nature of your enquiry.

For urgent consular assistance you can still contact consular.dubai@austrade.gov.au and if it is an emergency (death, arrest of an Australian citizen) please contact the Consular Emergency Centre in Canberra (Australia) on +61 2 6261 3305.

The challenges will be met, and we will move through this in the same way generations before us have managed through various unthinkable occurrences. The focus of the Council is, as it has always been, on our members and our extended community to ensure we help each other where possible and find alternative means to support those connections that will assist us in weathering the immediate crisis; in readiness for recovery.

We have contacted our partners and will be sharing information that we hope addresses the various issues that some of you may be facing and provide links to reputable sources for you to reach out to as needed.

Finally stay safe, be kind and reach out to those around you; some of whom may be separated from loved ones and immediate family. If you can support a local business, through an online order or a voucher for future use please do so.
